Yrminsul is a strategy game set in Tower Defense form. Over the course of a vast campaign, you'll discover the many aspects that make strategic games so charming.
Tower Defense
Do you love Tower Defense? Yrminsul is a Tower Defense that's both edgy and rich in content: over 30 enemy types divided into 3 armies (Goblins, Elves and Monsters), 15 customizable towers, 16 different spells and 31 unique levels.
Tactics
Before each battle, you'll need to strategically choose 4 towers and 4 spells (from those on offer) to ensure the defense of your territories. Knowing the nature and weaknesses of your enemies is paramount. Should you use monocible or area-effect weapons, inflict physical or magical damage, slow down or use control powers? Each army has its own strengths and weaknesses; it's up to you to find the right choices to win.
Strategy
Before each attack, you'll need to choose wisely which island to attack and spy on your enemies to better gauge their power. In Yrminsul, your opponents will try to take back the lands you've acquired. You'll have to defend your territories from surprise attacks, while at the same time conquering new ones. Yrminsul's universe is persistent, so you'll be able to come and go on your islands and choose the best angle of attack for your next conquest.
Management
In Yrminsul, you'll have to manage a single resource: Infamy. It represents your evil power and allows you to build your defenses, upgrade them and spy on your enemies. Thanks to the research system, unlock new towers and devastating new powers, and face increasingly powerful enemies. Will you use your resources sparingly enough to keep all your territories?

In addition to the strategic campaign, Yrminsul offers a rich universe to explore. Each of the game's 31 levels is brimming with secrets, and contains 10 interactive comics recounting key moments in the battle for Yrminsul.
