New Actions

The Cycle of Warfare DLC adds five new playable factions, several new ways to play and exponentially increases replayability, bringing in all over 100 hours of new Conquest and Scenario gameplay. You can begin your conquest of the Gemini system as one of three established factions, each facing their own rivals and advantages; Iolian Pact, Korkyra and Outerlands. These conquest scenarios can be easily modified during gameplay to allow players to customize their own starting advantage.

Challenge scenarios

In addition to regular conquests, Cycle of Warfare brings two incredible "challenge scenarios" for experienced players. You can play as the A'shriari, the ruthless alien race determined to wipe out humanity... or choose the life of an ambitious privateer and lead your clan to wealth and glory. Both challenges change the rules of the game in different ways, moving away from empire management towards riskier gameplay.
