Kerbal Space Program: Breaking Ground Expansion
Buy Kerbal Space Program: Breaking Ground Expansion as a Steam key at FrsGames.com! Kerbal Space Program: Breaking Ground Expansion is the second expansion for the PC version of Kerbal Space Program, the critically acclaimed space simulator. This feature-rich expansion focuses on diversifying your objectives after reaching a celestial body by integrating more interesting scientific projects, as well as more tools at your disposal.
.After landing on a celestial body, you'll be able to deploy a whole array of data-gathering equipment to carry out scientific experiments. During data collection, you'll discover that new surface features have been scattered all over the solar system. Players will then have to scan them, or bring them back to Kerbin for further examination.
New Features
In addition, we've also added robotic parts! Hinges, pistons, rotors and even a rotary servomotor will be available in a range of sizes to shake up your ships' capabilities. All these new parts obey realistic physics laws involving forces, torque, power consumption, and even motor mass.
Take on new challenges with an array of new tools and parts in Breaking Ground, KSP's second expansion. Weather stations, solar panels, and more will allow players to gather Science as they venture out to analyze those mysterious surface features like cryovolcanoes thanks to new robotic parts.
Key Features
Science in a kit:Who says space exploration says scientific experiments, and these take center stage in KSP. Players will be able to use the storage container present on their ship to transport several types of scientific equipment. Once at their destination, players will have to install this equipment, which includes a power station, a gain antenna, solar panels, a weather station, an active seismometer, a GTR, a glairine observation kit and an ion detector. All these machines need to be operational for some time in order to collect all possible scientific data, and transmit it to Kerbin. The active seismograph, in particular, will require players to crash a whole bunch of things into the surface of a celestial body to extract seismic data!
Surface features: You'll find this major addition to the Breaking Ground expansion on the celestial bodies of the solar system. Meteorites, craters, rock formations and cryovolcanoes now litter the landscape. While Kerbals can transport the smaller features directly to the KSC, the larger ones will present a significant challenge that your Kerbals will have to overcome using exploration rovers, or autonomous rovers. By adding a new robotic arm to your rovers, you'll be able to scan the largest surface features to harvest important scientific data.
Robotic parts: The robotic parts we've been clamoring for so long are finally making their debut in KSP! A hinge, a piston, a rotor, and even a rotary servo motor will be available in several sizes to meet new challenges and push the limits of creativity for your ships. A new robotic control system is also present to allow players to coordinate the operation of these new parts on their ships.
New suit: Obviously, who could forget the Kerbals' inescapable fashion sense? Breaking Ground players will receive a new futuristic-looking jumpsuit to match the scientific side of this expansion.
