Astra Exodus is a retro 4X space strategy game designed for one player. It features an epic multiple-choice campaign, real-time tactical battles and a vast semi-random search tree. It is available in Steam version on FrsGames.com.

A narrative campaign focused on multiple choices

Set out to discover Earth's lost heritage with the Earth Legacy group and make choices that will have a significant impact on the story and the game. You can be rewarded with exclusive and diverse abilities found only in this mode.

A dynamic sandbox mode

Take charge of one of 8 different main factions, or create your own in Sandbox mode. You then face a host of events and threats that are sure to challenge your empire and everyone else. You'll have to enslave, exterminate, seduce or even beat all the competition to survive.

Battle in space and on the ground

Fight in space and on the ground with real-time tactical space battles where positioning and direction count as much as weapons. Initiative-based ground battles are also available, with armies of infantry, armor, strikers and even mechs. You can also neutralize your enemies in orbit if you wish.

A vibrant galaxy to explore

Colonize or conquer a diverse galaxy full of wondrous stars, planets, asteroid belts and more, all inspired by real astronomical phenomena. Maneuver your ships around black holes and supernovas, to use or avoid their effects, in your conquests.

A semi-random search tree

Search for over 300 technologies in an exclusive, random technology network. You have to choose what you search for carefully, and every game will be different. React to events in the galaxy by researching them and gaining unique advantages over your enemies.

Lead incredible heroes

Meet and recruit galactic heroes to lead your fleets, govern your colonies or even spy on your enemies! Wreak havoc without firing a single shot, including Sabotage and Revolt; deep behind enemy lines.

Create your own spaceships

Design your own ships, deciding not only what weapons they carry and in what configuration, but also their Core and Support systems. Dispose of your adversary with a multitude of agile frigates, swarms of Strike Craft or simply with the immense power of a single Titan.

Modify the game to suit your tastes

Modify and customize Astra Exodus to your heart's content. Add or modify new ships, factions, troops, technologies, etc., to the game. You may even be able to reproduce some of your favorite scifi TV shows and movies directly in the game.
