Gameplay

This is a unique blend of action/adventure RPG, rogue-lite and Hack'n'slash. As you gain levels, you not only advance your characters, but also the entire family. A character's death is never permanent, and you can choose to embody another family member between games.

Story

The story takes place in a land far, far away, but the themes it touches on and the emotions it evokes are familiar: love and hope, desire and uncertainty, but also loss... and the sacrifices we're willing to make to save those we hold dear. Ultimately, this is the story of a family of heroes battling a darkness that keeps gaining ground.

Dungeon exploration

All of the game's dungeons are procedurally generated, meaning they're different with each adventure. Each dungeon can consist of two to four levels, with a unique final boss. You can return to previous dungeons at any time to gain extra EXP or finish all side quests.

Characters and skills

Ranged attacks, spells, blocks, stuns, dodges and passive skills... It's all there for you to discover, unlock and upgrade.
