The original AquaNox series

Aquanox Deep Descent reimagines the gameplay and universe of the original AquaNox series. The Aquanox series has its roots in the "Archimedes Dynasty" game, released in 1996, followed by the AquaNox, 2001 and AquaNox 2: Revelation, 2003 installments. These shooter games, which take place aboard underwater vehicles, are set in a dystopian future, in which mankind has been forced to flee the surface of the Earth to take refuge in underwater stations in the farthest reaches of the oceans. AquaNox games were based on the revolutionary KRASS Engine, which gave rise to the famous AquaMark index.
