First-time powers, weapons and gadgets

The Mark of the Outsider grants you unique supernatural powers. This means you can quickly draw enemies to you and immobilize them, call the Harpooners to the rescue, or find hidden runes and bone charms. In addition to these supernatural powers, your arsenal of custom weapons and gadgets will include incapacitating powder, paralyzing mines charged with whale oil, or a concealed crossbow to fire anesthetic and explosive bolts.
