Scenario

With Rising Tide, you can colonize the ocean, build floating colonies, access natural resources hidden beneath the waters and confront new problems. Reign supreme over this new world with dynamic character traits that offer advantages and deepen the diplomatic aspect. Shape the diplomatic landscape with your diplomatic capital and take advantage of your allies' character traits. Four new factions enter the game, and you'll be able to find powerful relics that offer bonuses and upgrades to units and buildings. Finally, discover two new world types: primordial and icy.
