Centuries ago, the Ancients and the Necrons clashed during the War in the Sky, which ended in the defeat of the Ancients. Their responsibility was passed on to one of their creations: the Aeldari, a psychically powerful race with immense sensitivity. Over the millennia that followed, they ruled the galaxy, but became increasingly arrogant and selfish.

Their golden age ended with the birth of Slaanesh, the God of Chaos pleasure. At the moment of his birth, Aeldari civilization was completely destroyed, the souls of its citizens and even its pantheon almost consumed by this nascent god. Only a few Aeldari survived: the robust Exodites; the degenerate Drukhari and the mysterious Harlequins, who hid in the Webway; and the Aeldari held aboard gigantic ships known as Craftworlds. Cursed and in decline, the Aeldari seek to avoid their own consumption by Slaanesh at all costs. They find themselves on Gladius Prime, in keeping with a Farseer's prediction that this planet would be the key to the survival of all Aeldari...

The Craftworld Aledari unit roster is extremely versatile: Aeldari units are absolutely deadly at range, but also have good close-combat potential. Exploit Webway gates to achieve incredible mobility on the battlefield, but be wary as casualties are rare and precious among the Aeldari.

Arrival Asuryani: Call on Asuryani to join you and temporarily increase your growth rate.
Transcendental bliss: Focus the spiritual consciousness of the Aeldari to experience a period of heightened loyalty to your cause.
Spirit Preservation: Gain energy for each fallen Aeldari unit.
Battle focus: Many Craftworld Aeldari units can move after using their actions.
Ancient Destiny: The Aeldari hate and fear above all "She who thirsts", increasing their accuracy, but also the damage suffered when fighting the forces of Chaos.
